When will I be charged?

You’re charged after the linkup has ended. Before that, the amount is only held on your card.

Card holds only last a few days, so when the hold happens depends on how far away the linkup is:

• Linkups coming up soon: we place the hold when you join.
• Linkups further away: we save your card securely when you join, so your spot is confirmed, and place the hold a few days before the linkup ends. Nothing is held or taken until then.

If the Host changes the date, we may release a hold that’s already in place and place a new one closer to the new date. You keep your spot.

If we can’t place the hold (for example, your card has expired or been declined), we’ll let you know so you can update your card. If it still doesn’t go through, you may be removed from the linkup, so keep your card details up to date.
