The Paid Linkup didn’t happen or wasn’t as described

Sorry to hear that. Here’s what to do:

1. Contact the Host first, if you can.
2. If that doesn’t sort it, email support@linkupapp.io within 14 days of the linkup date.
3. Include the linkup name, what happened, and any evidence, like screenshots of the description or messages, or photos.

We’ll look into it and, where it’s fair, refund you.
