Why is there a pending payment on my card?

That’s the hold for a Paid Linkup you joined. It reserves the money but doesn’t take it yet. It will either:

• turn into a charge after the linkup ends, or
• be released if the linkup is cancelled, you’re removed, or the Host moves the date further away.

Your available balance may look lower while the hold is in place.

Seeing two holds? If the Host changed the date, we release the old hold and place a new one closer to the new date. Your bank can take a few working days to remove the old one, so both may show for a short while. You’ll only ever be charged once.
