How long do refunds take?

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We aim to start processing a refund within 5 working days of it being due, and it can then take another 5 to 10 working days (sometimes longer) to reach your account, depending on your bank.

If you were never charged (for example, the linkup was cancelled before it happened), there’s nothing to refund: the hold is simply released.
