I don’t recognise a charge, or want to dispute one

Please email support@linkupapp.io first, with the date, amount and the last four digits of your card. We can usually sort things out much faster than a bank dispute.

If you think your card was used without your permission, contact your bank straight away too.

Raising a chargeback for a linkup you went to, or that we think is unjustified, can lead to your account being suspended and the amount being recovered.
