My payout hasn’t arrived

First, check:

• Has the linkup ended, and has the holding period passed? Earnings aren’t available until then.
• Are your bank details right? Incorrect details are the most common cause of delays. Check them in Settings → Account settings → Payout details.
• Has your bank had time? After we send a payout, it can take a few working days to land, depending on your bank.

Still missing? Email support@linkupapp.io with “Payout” in the subject and the date and amount of the payout.
