Do I pay fees if someone gets a refund?

If a payment has already been taken and the attendee is later refunded, you cover any Ryft processing fees on that payment that aren’t returned to us.

If someone is removed or the linkup is cancelled before it ends, their card hold is released and they’re never charged, so there’s no payment and no fee.
