Why has my account been restricted, suspended or banned?

We restrict or remove accounts when we believe someone has broken our Terms or Community Guidelines, or poses a risk to others. Where the law requires it, we’ll tell you what we did and why, unless that would put someone at risk or harm an investigation.

If your account is permanently banned, you can’t create a new one. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal.
