I can’t join a linkup

Most of the time, the app tells you why. For example, if a linkup is male only or female only, you’ll see that when you try to join, and once a linkup has ended the button changes to Happened.

You can still join a linkup after it’s started, right up until it ends.

If the app doesn’t make it clear, check:

• Is it full? If the Host set a capacity, you’ll need to wait for a spot to open up. See The linkup is full. Can I still go?
• Did your payment go through? For Paid Linkups, your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay needs to be accepted. See My payment was declined
• Is your app up to date? Update Linkup, then close and reopen it. See The app isn’t working properly
