The app isn’t working properly

Try these, in order:

1. Check your connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
2. Close Linkup fully and reopen it.
3. Update Linkup from the App Store or Google Play.
4. Restart your phone.
5. Update your phone’s software.
6. Delete and reinstall Linkup. Your account is safe. Just sign back in with the same sign-in method.
