How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account settings → Delete account. Or email support@linkupapp.io from the email or phone number linked to your account and ask us to do it.

Changed your mind? You have 24 hours to keep your account. Just sign back in and tap I want to keep my account. After 24 hours, your account is permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.

You can’t delete your account while you’re hosting any upcoming linkups. Cancel them first, or wait until they’ve happened.

Before you delete:

• Cancel Linkup Plus in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. How
• Hosted Paid Linkups? Withdraw any available Wallet balance.

Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account.
