I’m not getting my verification code

• Get it on WhatsApp instead. If texts aren’t coming through, choose to receive your code by WhatsApp.
• Wait a minute, then request a new code. Texts can take a moment.
• Check your number and country code.
• Check your signal, and that your phone can receive texts (try turning airplane mode on and off).
• Check your blocked messages or spam filter.
• Did you reply STOP to our texts in the past? Reply START to the same number to get texts again.
• Abroad? Some networks delay texts when roaming. Try getting your code by WhatsApp over Wi-Fi, or sign in with Apple or Google if that’s how you set up your account.

Never share your code with anyone, even if they say they’re from Linkup.
