I’m not getting notifications

Check the right notifications are turned on in Linkup, under Settings → Push notifications.
Check you haven’t muted that linkup chat or Shout.
Check notifications are allowed for Linkup in your phone’s settings.
Check Focus or Do Not Disturb isn’t on.
Make sure Linkup is updated.
Sign out and back in to refresh your notification settings.
