How does Linkup use AI?

We use AI, including third-party AI models, to:

• suggest things to do nearby
• help write linkup descriptions
• translate content
• help keep Linkup safe through moderation

When you use these features, relevant info (like your approximate location, interests or the text you type) is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Our AI providers aren’t allowed to use your information to train their own models.

AI can make mistakes. It’s not advice, so check anything important before relying on it.
