Can I get a refund for Linkup Plus?

Plus payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refund requests go to them:

• Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund.
• Google Play: request a refund through Google Play’s order history.

We can’t issue refunds for app store purchases ourselves.

In general, there are no refunds for part-used periods. If you’re in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of buying, but you lose it once you’ve started using Plus, except where the law says otherwise.
